Amenities include a fitness room, a pool, and a clubhouse available for rent. It’s right along the Riverwalk and close to Belle Isle. It’s listed for $2,035 a month.

If you’re looking for more urban views, you can’t really beat this fifth floor unit at the Carlton Lofts in Brush Park. The big windows have expansive downtown skyline views, plus you can see the development under construction at City Modern. This one has two bedrooms, two baths, and gated parking. It’s renting for $2,100 a month.

229 Orleans Street

Located right next to downtown, the Riverfront, and the Dequindre Cut, Orleans Landing has availability on their two-bedroom, two bath apartments. The pet friendly development has a swimming pool, a 24/7 concierge, washer & dryer in unit, and a fitness center. This one rents for $2,075 per month.
