This roomy townhouse has gone through quite a transformation

At the beginning of the year, this Corktown townhouse was basically a shell. After an extensive rehab with a new kitchen and bathrooms, plus fresh paint and refinished floors, it’s ready for new tenants again and listing for $2,500 per month.

Bill Nuse of Broadstreet Development Group tells Curbed that they purchased the duplex last year. The other side was partially rehabbed at the time of purchased, and they finished that side early this year. This side was a full gut rehab, as the pictures below show.

The group is also working on a few other multi-family and single-family properties in Midtown and Corktown right now.

This property is over 2,100 square feet, with four bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage. It also has a decorative fireplace, some stained-glass windows, and a fenced backyard. It sits at 8th and Bagley, close to many Corktown businesses and fairly close to downtown. It’s listed through Jan Dijkers at the Loft Warehouse.
