In East Village, here’s a slightly unusual four-bedroom renovated home. It comes in at 2,404 square feet and has new systems throughout. It’s close to the businesses in the Villages and it’s listed for $149,000.

At the top of our price range is a one bedroom, one bath loft near Belle Isle. It has a new kitchen, open concept, exposed brick, and laundry in unit. It’s close to the Villages and the businesses along East Jefferson, and a couple miles from downtown. It’s listed for $159,900.
