Close to the Riverfront is this classy condo at the Garden Court Apartments. This one bedroom, one bath apartment is filled with character, including hardwood floors, a fireplace, and wainscoting. It’s renting at the higher end of our range at $1,100 per month.
In West Village, a one bedroom, one bath apartment is available for $1,000/month at the Parkstone. These units have hardwood floors and a tiny kitchen. They’re located right in the heart of the neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and businesses.
In Old Redford, here’s a four bedroom, one-and-a-half bath house in our price range. It also has extra space in the basement and an adjoining lot. It’s close to businesses and restaurants in northwest Detroit, and it’s listing for $975 per month.
And if Midtown living is more your speed, here’s a one bedroom, one bath apartment in the Forest Arms. The recently-rehabbed building has a rooftop deck, laundry on each floor, and 24-hour security. This apartment is leasing for $1,100 per month.
