The Carlton Lofts is currently the tallest building in Brush Park, and the upper floors offer some of the best views of downtown Detroit. Case in point, this two-bedroom loft has an open kitchen and living area with large windows overlooking the iconic skyline. This prime location is up for sale for $525,000.

Located just blocks from the Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, and Ford Field, Brush Park is currently seeing a huge residential construction boom. At some point, new construction will rise across from the lofts, but for now, it’s unclear how tall that construction will be. The neighborhood sits near downtown, Midtown, and Eastern Market.

This loft has newer finishes in the bathrooms, an industrial vibe, a large island in the kitchen with seating and storage, exposed walls and ductwork, one bedroom upstairs, and a bedroom and bathroom with more privacy downstairs. The Carlton has historic charm blended with modern style. It’s listed through Kathryn Paulon at Howard Hanna Birmingham.
