Here’s a charming house in North Rosedale Park for $154,000. At 2,100 square feet, it has three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, hardwood floors, a fireplace, and built-ins. It’s in a good neighborhood in northwest Detroit and close to many businesses along Grand River Avenue.
This revamped house in East English Village has a spacious new kitchen, with a slightly open concept to the dining room. This house has some old charm along with new fixtures and updates, with three bedrooms, one bath, and a basement that’s been painted black. It’s listing for $154,000.
And here’s a ranch or shotgun-style house located right next to the Lodge in Midtown. It’s 1,100 square feet on a considerable lot. For the neighborhood, it’s a pretty low price to get in at $169,900.
