Another storefront in Brush Park will be filled, as local business Urban Angelo celebrates its grand opening. The “contemporary streetwear retail store” will have a grand opening celebration—open to the public—Friday, November 30 from 6-8 p.m.
The store at 90 Erskine Street is currently open Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 12-5 p.m.
Owner Taylor Bolleber also owns Bird Bee in Capitol Park. Bollebar developed Urban Angleo as an online men’s store in late 2017, and the brand reflects “a modern minimalist style.”

“The timing worked out perfectly for us to open the doors of Urban Angelo just in time for the holiday season,’ says Bollebar, “And we can’t wait to welcome people in to find a new piece for their wardrobe or for a gift for someone special.”
The 1,500-square-foot store has a darker, more modern aesthetic and will carry a selection of basics, denim, loungewear, and outerwear.
The grand opening celebration will have drinks, a DJ, a photo booth, and giveaways.
The Scott at Brush Park, an apartment building by Broder & Sachse, opened to residents nearly two years ago. The building is also home to Empire Kitchen, For the Love of Sugar, and Carter-Snell Skin Center.
