This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located near the arts district in Midtown. It has an attached garage, a balcony, a new washer and dryer, and office space. It’s close to Wayne State, the Fisher Building, the museums, and the Qline, and it’s listed for $244,000, with $155 in HOA fees.
This LaSalle Gardens house has recently been updated with a new kitchen, new systems, new roof, and refinished hardwood floors. It has a handsome front porch, four bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, and a basement for storage. It’s listing for $230,000.
