This three-bedroom brick home in Bagley might not be the most inspired flip we’ve seen, but it’s a solid house in a good neighborhood. It has hardwood floors, new fixtures, and a two-car garage. It’s located near Livernois and McNichols and it’s listed for $99,900.


1550 Cherboneau Place Unit 120

Closer to downtown, this two-bedroom co-op is once again available in Lafayette Park. It’s recently been redone, and it’s located between Eastern Market and the Riverfront. It’s listing for $89,000, with $550 per month in HOA fees.
