Sometimes when we see these grand mansions in Indian Village, we think back to when they were built, and how they’ve retained their beauty. We can imagine what it must have been like walking up to this one 100 years ago; it’s still so elegant today.

This 4,620-square-foot mansion was built in 1917, it’s in good shape, and it’s listing for $514,900 through Betty Warmack at Real Estate One. It has six bedrooms, three and a half baths, hardwood floors, a library, a sun room, a tiled fireplace in the living room, a kitchen with a lot of storage, a finished third floor, and additional room in the basement. The listing states that the current owners have replaced the roof and gutters and abated the lead and asbestos. There’s also an electric gate. It’s a lovely home and a good representation of the grand homes built in this neighborhood 100 years ago.
