East Philadelphia Street
In the North End, this recently remodeled unit has three bedrooms and one bath over 1,200 square feet. We hope they figure out a workable layout in the kitchen. It’s located just north of New Center off of Woodward. Dogs are allowed here, and the tenant pays trash and water. This one comes in right at our $1,250 budget.
