It’s located just off of Woodward, a few blocks from the QLine and the Fisher Building. It’s close to the Henry Ford Hospital, the under-construction Pistons Training Facility, and Wayne State. So far, condos have generally sold for between $70,000-90,000, making it one of the more affordable but still centrally-located buying options in the city.
