You never know what you’re going to get when someone takes on a renovation of a home or building. Sometimes, careful restoration efforts go into making the home look close to the original design. Sometimes, the new owner sees what a certain buyer might want, and renovates accordingly. This new listing has a fresh lilac exterior, and a whitewashed interior. It’s listing for $409,900.

The long, narrow house sits along Warren Avenue, and unfortunately the Google Street View shows a lot of trees (and a chain link fence) hiding the house pre-renovation. It’s a larger single-family home this close to downtown at 2,736 square feet, with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, an open layout for the kitchen and dining space, and a master bedroom with an additional loft space. The home also has a fenced-in yard, a newer roof, new windows, and updated electrical and plumbing. We haven’t seen too many single-family listings in Woodbridge this year, although some have sold. This one is listed through Shelby Drabek at Red Carpet Premier.
