Welcome to this week’s Curbed Comparisons, where we look at homes for sale in different neighborhoods around Detroit. Today, we’re looking at houses within $10,000 of our budget: $125,000.

↑ Coming in on budget at $125,000 is this three bedroom, one bath Tudor in Rosedale Park. It has hardwood floors, a basement rec room, original tiling in the bathroom, and a fenced backyard. It’s in Northwest Detroit, near the Southfield Freeway and restaurants along Grand River.

↑ Maybe you’re ready to create your dream home? This gutted three bedroom, one-and-a-half bath house sits on a double lot just north of West Village in Islandview on Seyburn, close to Butzel Playfield. New systems have been installed through the house. It’s priced at $125,000 $115,000.

↑ And this three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home has an unusual open living space, with a new kitchen, lofty ceilings, and a striking brick fireplace. It sits on a double fenced lot in the Evergreen-Outer Drive community in northwest Detroit and it’s listing for $124,900.
