Woodbridge is full of some of the most unique old houses in Detroit, with a mix of single-family and multi-family homes. The house at 4304 Trumbull dates back to 1897 and has been used as apartments for years. It’s recently been revamped and modernized and is offering six different condos, now up for sale.

The condos at Trumbull House range from a one bedroom, one bath unit at 510 square feet for $175,950 to a two bedroom, two bath “penthouse”—with private deck—at 1,195 square feet for $448,125. The house was gutted and redone with new mechanicals (A/C, furnace, electrical) and finishes. The condos have in-unit laundry, Nest thermostats, smart home entry, and gated parking behind the house. HOA fees are $250 per month.

The house sits along Trumbull Avenue (right across from the JD Baer House), close to Wayne State, Midtown, downtown, and Corktown. The condos are listed through James Tumey at Friedman Real Estate.
