Palmer Woods has an incredible variety of home styles. Where else in Detroit would you find a home like this one on Lucerne Drive? It just hit the market for $785,000.

Built in the 1950s, this 5,090-square-foot ranch looks like it came straight from Los Angeles. The sprawling home would be ideal for entertaining, with its wet bar, billiards room, mirror-walled sitting room, and huge butler’s pantry for extra storage space. It’s also got the largest screened-in porch we’ve ever seen which leads to the backyard containing a swimming pool.

Though much of the home—like the stone fireplace—looks straight out of the 1950s, lots of updates have been made recently. The kitchen has been completely redone to include new appliances, quartz countertops, cork floors, and an island. The master bathroom now has a large walk-in shower and heated floors.

Other essential upgrades to the four-bedroom home include new furnace and air-conditioning systems, gutters, and roof.

Like what you see? 19250 Lucerne Drive is listed with Austin Black II of City Living Detroit for $785,000.
