If you’re interesting in buying a condo or just like checking out new residential real estate, there’s a can’t-miss event in Detroit this weekend.

Multiple real estate agents will be offering open houses at over 14 for-sale units across 10 buildings in Midtown and Brush Park. Dubbed “Parade of Condos,” the participating realtors are working in concert to showcase all the properties at once, allowing potential buyers to compare and contrast in a short time frame.

“We want to help simplify the process,” Matt Bush, a realtor at RE/MAX, said in a release. “Anyone looking in the area can stop on by and see all of their options in one afternoon and get the answers to their questions in real time.”

The units will all be open on Saturday, October 26 from 1-4 p.m. The event is free of charge.

Tours will take place in the following buildings, some of which we’ve featured:

  • 15 E. Kirby Street (The Park Shelton)
  • 66 Winder Street
  • 275 E. Palmer Street
  • 2563 John R Street
  • 627 W. Alexandrine Street (Springfield Lofts)
  • 529/531 E. Kirby Street
  • 104 Edmund Place (The Edmund)
  • 64 Watson Street
  • 438 Selden Street (The Selden)
  • 444 W. Willis Street (Willys Overland Lofts)

The condos are priced from just under $350,000 to one that’s over $835,000.
