A really attractive home that’s gotten a lot of updates in recent years just went up for sale. Oh, and it’s also in the great neighborhood of North Rosedale Park. It’s listed for $275,000.

The Tudor Revival has a really attractive facade. There’s a stone facade on the lower level, and some purple-painted half-timbering and wood trim with some nice brick patterns on the upper floors.

At four bedrooms and 2,536 square feet, it’s got some size as well. There’s wide entryways between the foyer, living room, and dining room, lending the home an additional feeling of spaciousness.

With its bay windows and black-marble fireplace, the living room is particularly homey. We also love the wood-paneled reading room with built-in shelves.

The kitchen has been “fully updated,” according to the listing, and now comes with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, an artsy tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. The basement was also recently waterproofed and has new floors.

16156 Glastonbury Road is listed with Jaime Whitney of RE/MAX for $275,000. But it also says “highest and best due by Monday, 10/28,” so there might be room for a counter-offer.
