A 1,500-square-foot, three-bedroom townhome at Warren Avenue and Vermont Street is renting for $1,950 per month. This unit is part of LaFerte Terrace, which has undergone a lengthy renovation that’s nearing completion. All the floors and trim have been refinished, and there’s new everything: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, etc. It also comes with access to a backyard deck and courtyard.

A 1,400-square-foot, three-bedroom home at 3311 Vinewood Street is renting for $2,000 per month. The impressive renovation of this Second Empire–style home from 1877 saved it from almost certain demolition. Now, there’s lots of nice details in the home—exterior paint job, crown molding, slate fireplace, pocket doors—as well as a brand new bathroom and kitchen.
