Are we being a little hyperbolic by describing this home as “flawless”? Probably. Though it’s not literally flawless, this gorgeous Arden Park estate, that just hit the market for $699,900, is pretty dang close.

The beauty of the home, built around 100 years ago, starts with the exterior. There’s the lovely brick work at the base, followed by white stucco, followed by a slate roof that seems to be a great shape. Around back, you’ll find a nice backyard and a little path of pavers leading to a detached three-car garage and two-bedroom carriage house.

Inside the 3,761-square-foot, five-bedroom home, there’s a lot to admire. It starts with the sumptuous, wood-paneled foyer and staircase. Step through French doors to enter the living room, which has a natural wood fireplace, and dining room, which has ornate crown molding. But the real showpiece of the house is the huge sunroom with its thermal pane ceiling windows, beadboard siding, and marble floors.

262 E. Boston Boulevard is listed with Mark Z. of Mark Z. Real Estate Experts for $699,900.
