More of the for-sale carriage and townhomes at Brush Park’s massive City Modern development are completed all the time. Some even get put back on the market. One recently built unit just listed for $1.29 million.

The 2,250-square-foot unit is around average in size for townhomes at City Modern. But its corner placement next to the under-construction “mews”—a north-south green alleyway down the middle of the development—definitely adds to the appeal.

Buyers also get to customize their units with various finishes and amenities, and this one got the optional rooftop deck and penthouse. There’s some pretty special views of downtown, and floor-to-ceiling windows in many of the rooms.

The home also has an open floor plans with a flowing dining room, kitchen, and living room. The modern kitchen has some top of the line appliances, as well as a chevron backsplash and seamless white cabinets. There’s three total bedrooms, with an ensuite master, as well as an attached two-car garage.

260 Alfred Street is listed with Matt O’Laughlin of Alexander Real Estate Detroit for $1.29 million.
