The Lofts at Rivertown sit in a great location—right across from Belle Isle, a mile to the Villages, and three miles from downtown. The historic building, which was designed by William Stratton and once home to Frederick Stearns & Co. pharmaceuticals, was converted to lofts in 1989 and is listed on both the State and National Historic Register. It’s also right across from where we expect the expanded Riverwalk in the next couple years and near an upcoming development.

This one bed, one bath loft is more finished than others we’ve seen in the building, and features high ceilings, exposed brick, arched windows, a Nest thermostat, and a built-in bar. It also has views of downtown, along with a balcony facing the courtyard. HOA fees are $450 per month and the building offers covered parking, a pool, a fitness center, It’s listed for $225,000 through Todd Sykes at the Loft Warehouse, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
