In the last few months, Detroit’s condominium market has really started to take off. The Selden, a four-story mixed-use development in Midtown which began putting units on the market last year, is one of the major reasons why.
Another unit in the building just went up for sale last week. Though it’s not cheap, with all the Midtown development news coming out this week, now might be as good a time to buy as ever.
This 1,194-square-foot unit has all the furnishings of a modern loft: stainless steel appliances, quartz and marble countertops, keyless entry system. There’s even an indoor dog wash station!
Our favorite feature is the rooftop patio, which offers great views of the city in all directions, including the downtown skyline. It’s also in the same building as the acclaimed restaurant SheWolf, which opened less than a year ago.
This third-floor unit at 438 Selden Street can be yours for $539,900.
