The well-maintained home has also been recently updated

Most Woodbridge homes are well-maintained with a lot of character and history. This 1,935-square-foot home on Avery exemplifies all those qualities.

The three-bed, two-and-a-half bath has a stunning amount of woodwork with nice details and finish. There’s the staircase, hardwood floors, and molding on the baseboard, ceilings, windows, and around the fireplace. The subtle bend on the bay windows adds a nice light into relatively open first floor, which has wide entrances between the foyer, living room, and dining room. Some of the windows even have stained glass.

Even with all these original touches, the home was updated not too long ago. There’s new appliances, air conditioning and furnace, and a master bathroom. Tuckpointing was done recently as well.

Outside, there’s an offset porch with swing bench out front. The backyard, which leads to a detached two-car garage, has a nice, new patio.

This listing is also evidence of the astounding increase in home values in the last decade, especially in Woodbridge. It last sold in 2012 for $94,000.

3945 Avery Street is being sold through O’Connor Real Estate for $380,000.
