This 1929 Tudor has tons of great architectural details

Green Acres is often overlooked for its flashier neighborhoods, Palmer Woods and Sherwood Forest. But you can find plenty of amazing homes with great architectural details selling for more reasonable prices.

Case in point: this three-bedroom, 1,877-square-foot home on Lichfield Street.

The 1929 Tudor has some truly unique features. Check out the chamfered brick on the exterior, hexagonal entryway with limestone border and stained-glass window, Flint Faience tiles in the bathroom, or the floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

But the signature feature is probably the barrel living room with impressive crown molding. There’s more in the dining room, which also has a great-looking ceiling medallion.

The home has also been impressively restored and has all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and paint on every surface, according to the sellers. In the backyard, there’s a detached two-car garage, brick paver patio with curved walkways, and some carefully curated landscaping.

20405 Lichfield is listed through The Winans Homes for $339,900.
