Martin Park

A renovated, 1,848-square-foot home in Martin Park recently listed by Realtor Ian Mason for $124,900. Everything here is new: kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors (either replaced or refinished), roof, plumbing, and more. There was also a neutral paint job so it will be easy to color to your aesthetic.

Hamtramck

A three-bedroom, 1,155-square-foot bungalow in Hamtramck just listed for $119,900. It may not be the most inspiring home ever, but like so many homes in the enclave city, it’s a very livable place. There’s big entryways between the various rooms, some nice hardwood floors in the updated kitchen, and a fully-functional second floor.

Grandmont-Rosedale

A beautiful brick home with some Tudor flourishes in Grandmont-Rosedale just listed for $130,500. There’s a lot to like about this 1,514-square-foot home, from the sharp incline of the roof to the spacious deck and yard in the back. The kitchen looks recently updated, and the wood floors, molding, brick fireplace—really everything—seems to be in great shape.

Islandview
