It’s is in a classic three-story brick building known as The Keyes. Inside the one-bedroom unit, there’s refinished hardwood floors, a combined kitchen and living space, and an updated bathroom with white tiles. Though small, it’s in a great location and is fully updated. $50 covers all utilities.

The first two stories are made of limestone and the rest are brick. The units themselves have been fully renovated. There’s 24-hour laundry on site and all utilities are included.

Inside, there’s three bedrooms, one of which is on the small second-story. The kitchen has been updated with a new floor and countertops. We also love the blue-tiled bathroom.
