One of the last remaining units at 64 Watson, a new Brush Park condominium, just got a big price decrease and is now listed for $349,900. When the building opened last year, it first listed for $384,900.

The 734-square-foot unit has an open floor plan with a fairly spacious living room that leads naturally into the dining area. The kitchen comes with some nice finishes, quartz countertops, and a waterfall edge island; the master bedroom comes with a walk-in closet; and the bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. There’s also natural hardwood floors throughout.

Not only has the price dropped, but the unit also now comes with one year of free Rocket Fiber Internet and a parking space.

64 Watson occupies the site of the former Devon Building, which was built in 1905, but torn down and a new one built in its place that faithfully recreated the original’s facade. A two-story, 2,450-square-foot penthouse with a private elevator sold last year for $1.45 million.

64 Watson Street #9 is listed with Matt O’Laughlin of Alexander Real Estate Detroit for $349,900.
