If you own a lot of cars and need the right place to keep them, we’ve got just the home for you. A residence in Palmer Woods with an eight-car garage is listed for $539,995.

According to the realtor, the colonial-style home was built in 1937. It’s got a mixture of vinyl and stone siding over its brick exterior. There’s also a wide front porch and bay window on the street-facing side.

The 3,200-square-foot, four-bedroom interior features a mixture of old and new. The dining room has some wood paneling and a ceiling medallion, the living room has a wood-mantel fireplace, and there’s hardwood floors throughout.

The kitchen, however, has gotten a modern update and includes granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and stone backsplashes in two different patterns. The in-suite master bathroom is new as well and comes with a ceramic tile floor. There’s also a finished basement with an additional kitchen.

But perhaps the biggest attraction for most potential buyers is the detached garage that can fit up to eight cars. The home also has a covered deck and Florida room for more outdoor viewing.

19451 Argyle Crescent first listed in August 2019 for $624,995. Today, it’s for sale with Joy Santiago of Clark Dwellings Unlimited LLC for $539,995.
