A gorgeous Victorian mansion in Woodbridge has been restored. It’s also been subdivided, and one of the units just hit the market for $299,950.

The home itself, built in 1900, totals nearly 6,000 square feet. Bought in late 2018, it got a modern makeover on the inside last year and converted into multiple units. Fortunately, the home retained its gorgeous exterior with aged brick, a turret, and newly painted black wood.

The two-bedroom condo for sale is just over 1,000 square feet. Here you’ll find hardwood floors and fresh coats of paint on the walls and trim. The living room has bay windows and the original brick fireplace (though it’s covered up in the listing).

The most striking updates are in the modern kitchen and bathrooms, where there’s quartz countertops, subway-tile walls and backsplash, soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in glass door showers. Plus, throughout the house new fixtures and finishes of matte black and brushed gold were installed.

The unit also comes with a private entrance and gated parking lot.

4304 Trumbull Street #2 is listed with James Tumey of Friedman of Friedman Real Estate for $299,950.
