Midtown
A 224-square-foot studio in the Hamilton, a recently redeveloped historic apartment building on Davenport Street, is renting for $850 per month. Though small, the unit has nice finishes and a suit of on-site amenities like a fitness center, wellness studio, lounge, and more.
University District
A 530-square-foot unit in the Birchcrest Apartments, a historic building across the street from University of Detroit Mercy, is renting for $985 per month. The renovated apartment comes with one bedroom, one bathroom, a den, and a shared laundry facility. Furnished apartments are available upon request.
West Village
A 550-square-foot unit in an apartment building on Van Dyke Avenue is renting for $895 per month. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit was recently renovated and has an open-floor plan with a combined kitchen and den. It also has on-site parking, as well as a shared laundry facility and bike storage area.
Boston-Edison
A 750-square-foot unit in the historic Glynwood Apartments on Glynn Court is renting for $875 per month. Heat and water are included in the one-bedroom, one-bath unit. Pets are allowed and private parking behind the building can be purchased for an additional $100 per month.
Rivertown
A fully renovated one-bedroom unit in the Pasadena Apartments just off East Jefferson is renting for $850 a month. The 11-story building was built in 1902 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. On-site amenities include a shared laundry facility, secure parking, and a small convenience store. All utilities are included.
