It’s always nice to see a home that’s been well cared for, and even improved, over the years. That’s certainly the case with this one in the West Village that just listed for $375,000.

The 1,560-square-foot home from 1907 has an attractive brick exterior with green-painted cedar shake siding on the upper floors. There’s tasteful landscaping all around the house, including the backyard, which has a patio and walkway made of pavers, as well as a detached shed.

Inside the three-bedroom home, steady work has been done by the sellers over their last decade-plus of ownership. All the original wood windows have been rehabbed. Fixtures and hardware, including the dining room chandelier and fireplace mantel, are either antiques or replaced with period accuracy.

The completely updated kitchen comes with new cabinets, granite countertop, subway tile backsplash, built-in water filter, and more. The bathroom was also redone. Other updates include a new roof, electrical, plumbing, hardwood floors, and much more.

We also love a couple of smaller touches, like the small stained-glass windows in the dining room and the master bedroom’s walk-in closet.

This house is move-in ready and then some. 1799 Parker Street is listed with Nika Jusufi of Max Broock Realtors for $375,000.
