$1,200,000 It takes true vision for this one. This 4,500-square-foot, three story condo atop the Book Cadillac is unfinished, so the new owner can do whatever she wants with the space. We'll definitely be checking back when its finished, as it should be the most stunning condo in the city.

$850,000 This massive 9,290-square-foot mansion in Indian Village didn't last long on the market. It listed in June and sold after 11 days. Our readers weren't entirely crazy about the interior design, but in the end it didn't matter. It listed for $890K and sold for $850K.

$580,000We couldn't get through this without an entry from the bizarre gated community of Sand Bar Lane, which has plenty of big McMansions for sale. This one came in at 5,180 square feet, with five bedrooms, a lot of bathrooms, and probably not many neighbors since there are so many of these for sale over there.
