The Most Expensive Home Sales in Detroit This Year

View as Map

We've rounded up the 15 most expensive home sales we've seen in Detroit during 2016. Big mansions did well this year, especially in Indian Village in the second half of the year. We also saw the sale of the Inn at 97 Winder, which had been on the market for years. At $2,400,000, it's the highest sale of the year. But second place was a surprise -- an unfinished Book Cadillac condo which, when it's finished, should be pretty spectacular. It sold for $1.2M.

There are still plenty of million dollar listings on the market in Detroit. The Motown Mansion in Boston Edison is still for sale for $1.6M. A pair of condos in the Book Cadillac are listed for $1.16M and $1.6M. And we recently saw the listing for a massive property in Corktown, with one big loft space and three additional rental units. The price on that one? $1.8M.

Did we miss something? We're sure you'll let us know in the comments.
