Where are the priciest properties around the state? Whether it’s suburban mansions or secluded properties on the west side of the state, they’re almost all near a body of water.

For this update, number one is no longer Granot Loma, a lodge far away on the shores of Lake Superior. Instead, it’s a 16,000-square-foot mansion on Lake Charlevoix.

There’s also no homes in Detroit on this list. Neither the most expensive listing in Detroit’s history nor the S.S. Kresge Mansion—the largest in the city—cracked the top 20.
