View as Map

Detroit has some of the cheapest real estate in the world, but exactly how much bang can you really get for just a few bucks? Quite a bit, in fact. Digging through the current listings, we amassed our Top 10 Detroit properties with prices at or below $20K. We're not implying that these houses are anything near flawless, or that their property taxes aren't huge, or that they're on terrific streets. But many are large, in decent shape, and cost less than a compact car. Take a look at our Top Ten Under Twenty for all the house your money can buy.

Note: Many of these homes have additional photos available on their listing websites. Click the link on the right of each home if one catches your eye.
